I'm passionate about teaching individuals and aiding you in the development of your personal knowledge of your body through yoga. Private classes can help you achieve specific goals, may they be stepping into a class for the first time, recovering from a specific injury/health concern, or deepening your personal practise. They can also simply be for the person who would like customised classes and adjustments to suit them!
I have been providing one to one classes for over five years, developing classes with my yogis/yoginis which speak to their bodies and minds as individuals.

A tailor made class designed to suit you and up to one other person! This class is ideal whether you're a beginner yogi/yogini or if you would like to deepen your understanding of your own practise.

1 Hour session £45 in person (£35 via zoom)
1 1/2 hour session £60 (£50 via zoom)
The workplace is full of physical and mental pressures that can be damaging to a groups overall sense of wellbeing and happiness. Workplace yoga is designed for a small mixed level groups, promoting physical and mental health and resilience through a mixture of asana (movement) and pranayama (breath-work) the perfect way to bond as a group!
