Having taught for over six years, it is my belief that everyone and anyone could benefit from cultivating a yoga practise. From easing bodily pain and mental anxiety to aiding your personal and spiritual growth, yoga is something that benefits every aspect of life!
It's my goal to get as many yogis and yoginis on the mat as possible, hoping in a small way that by healing ourselves we can heal the world - one practise at a time.

I attended my first yoga session with Ella up the park yesterday and it was absolutely brilliant! So relaxing and calming. I was a little apprehensive as I have never done yoga before but there was nothing to worry about. Ella was so friendly and welcoming and really put us at ease. She explained the routines and steps well and gave assistance when needed. I cant wait to go to my next session and I would highly recommend her sessions to everyone!
