With over seven years of teaching experience, I believe that yoga can benefit everybody. Whether it's alleviating physical discomfort, soothing mental stress, or fostering personal and spiritual development, yoga enriches every facet of life.

I have a very simple goal: to get as many yogis and yoginis on the mat as possible. Through our healing journeys, we can contribute to healing the world, one practice at a time.
